Export object detection annotation data with correct image references

My Setup:
I am using Label Studio v1.18.0 installed using docker on a Ubuntu 24.04 server in my network. I access it using a domain, the domain traffic is proxied through Cloudflare.

My configuration is the default “object detection with bounding boxes”. My images come from multiple “Local Storage” sources, of which the parent directory I have connected to Label Studio as a docker volume. Docker has all necessary permissions on these directories.

The problem:
Everything works fine with labeling, but I can’t export the annotations together with the images. I tried all available options, and while for all “… with images” options it takes much longer (up to a minute compared to near instand) to prepare the zip file, the “images” folder is always emtpy. This is especially bad for e.g. the YOLO formats (see zip behind link), because there is no way to reference the images afterwards, at least to my understanding. With COCO, I at least have a URL that contains the original file location, but I need the YOLO “one txt for every image” format.

Is this an error on my side? Or is it currently not possible to export with images? Is there a solution that gives me usable file references with YOLO format? I need a solution for this within the next two or three days, which is why I don’t have the time to come up with fancy solutions myself right now.

Thank you for helping out!
