# Timeseries: label task never presents interface with large(r) dataset

Hi,

I’m evaluating label-studio for a science experiment use case.

Labeling a small dataset with approx 200 observations works as documented. However, when I load a different dataset with approx 6000 obs (a different and longer run of the experiment), the ‘label 1 task’ button blanks the screen, then spins apparently forever.

I’m loading the data from a .csv file on the local disk – is there a better way for large datasets?

Is there an upper limit on the length of a timeseries? I need to be able to label with timeseries on the order of 150k observations. Any thoughts whether label-studio will be able to handle timeseries fo this length?

I’m running version 1.15.0.
