Dear all,

I am testing out the beta version of LS and I am trying to connect my ML model to the service. However, I get a connection error. I am hosting my model locally and hence the service is unable to access it. Does anyone know whether using Docker will fix this issue?

Hello, what do you mean by beta version of LS? Where do you test it? We need more details about your setup and infrastructure.

My company is currently testing out Label Studio Enterprise in our secure servers. However, we are experiencing connection issues due to security issues. I am hosting my model on a secure server locally and trying to connect it with the Label Studio Enterprise (hosted on cloud). The connection does not work.

Most likely, you need to use `ngrok` or another tool to proxy your ml backend outside of your network.
